It's not the best picture in the world, but it looks like a decent pastel. It has an interesting pattern and looks like it has good color. I can't tell from the picture how much blushing it has, and it's colors might be skewed a little.
As for a good price, I've seen male pastels range from $50-150 so it really depends on how much he is worth to you and how much the seller feels they should get for him. I paid $50 for mine but he was very small at the time, only 70g.

I hate offering prices - If interested, contact him and see what he would like to see for it than go from there. I would pay 100 - 150 for that guy. Between the color that I can see and the patern reduction, its a very pretty animal but remember that its still a pastel.
