Need a few rats in houston

I'm looking for some rats to start a colony with, however i don't want to buy any from petco/petsmart. Anyone in Houston area have a few rats i can purchase?

Don't rule out Petsmart. I bought a female Siamese from there that had 22 in her first litter.
