    Help me with glass lid

Hi!!! I will make a glass lid for my ball python.Size of the lid -80cmX44cm.I need to know what ventilation to do? I will cut 2 holes in the glass-one on each end.Size of holes- 32cmX25cm and 32cmX10cm.. Is this enough or it is too big? I wonder-to make these two holes ot just to cut one bigger hole in the middle of lid??The holes will be covered with mesh.Thank you!!

actual glass? thats gonna be tough, but if you have the tools i would go one in the middle, its less risk to brake the glass, if its plexi-glass/acrylic take a look at this:

im sure a 6x4" or 8x4" would be fine (15x10-20x10cm) or something around that size
