So here is my story. 3-4 weeks ago I got an albino ball python and the first time feeding he did not take the meal. It was fully thawed, I left it alone for a week and temperatures were all fine. He bit the food and coiled it but didnt eat it. I tried feeding him again on a Friday and he took it. Same thawing technique same size mice. The next week I try again on wednesday same food size same thawing technique, he did the same thing, bite and coil, but not eat it. Okay, I thought maybe he wanted privacy, so I left the mice overnight, but he didnt eat it. Tried again on a Friday, same technique same size food, again he ate it. Third time same thing happened with the second, only ate on a Friday. I tried feeding him today Wednesday the 19th and he completely ignored it. I checked the temperature of the rat and it was 99 degrees and completely thawed. So my guess is that he will only eat on Fridays.
*NOTE: I HAVE THE RIGHT TEMPERATURES FOR THE TUB AND THE FOOD I HAVE BEEN GIVING HIM ARE ALL THE SAME SIZE. I USED THE SAME TECHNIQUE OF THAWING FOR EVERY FOOD I TRIED GIVING HIM ON A WEDNESDAY. I FEED ON WEDNESDAYS BECAUSE THATS WHEN MY OTHER BALL PYTHONS EAT.
