    Successive litters

Do mothers need a break? What do you guys do? Leave them paired up so they are pregnant again immediately or let her recover for a while?

I do both, for young mothers I leave them in the tub with a male for 4 or 5 litters after that I start rotating them two weeks with a male with 1 or 2 other females after there litters are fed off or otherwise removed I give them two weeks off then reintroduce a male and start over
