Good reptile books?

I'm currently reading: Understanding Reptile Parasites by Roger J. Klingenberg, DVM. Once I get some extra money, I plan on buying it for my collection since if has a lot of information.

Any other must haves anyone wants to share? Can be for ball pythons, cornsnakes, burmese, monitors, etc.

I have The Complete Ball Python book in my little library. It is a little pricey but was well worth it in my opinion.

Rhacodactylus: The Complete Guide to their Selection and Care by De Vosjoli, Fast, and Repashy.. the absolute MUST HAVE for rhac enthusiasts.

This week I'm hopefully going to be receiving my copy of the newly released The Complete Carpet Python by Nick Mutton, Justin Julander, and Benson Morrill. Should be an awesome read.

I have The Complete Ball Python book in my little library. It is a little pricey but was well worth it in my opinion.

x2. It is a little bit expensive but the information is extensive and easy to read. Some scientific lingo but mostly in easily understood terms that make it easy to reference and look up various topics.

The BP book is another I plan on checking out from the library after I finish the one on parasites.

How is the one you're currently reading for readability? Is it fairly easy to understand or...? Keep in mind I'm not bright, please, lol! Hahahaha!

It's pretty easy to understand, fairly user friendly. Lots of pictures, too.

I finished the reptile parasites book. I found it to be very interesting. It's a very easy read, and would be easy for an inexperienced person to understand. However, if does help to have a general knowledge of parasites and various wormers. Not only does the book explain about the parasites, both internal and external, it talks about the various treatments and which medications work in which species. On top of this, it includes dosages on these medications. It even explains how to do your own fecal floats to check for parasites and parasite eggs. Since it has color pictures, checking the microscope results against the book will be fairly easy.

In short, I really recommend this book. As a note, the arav website in the appendix is incorrect. The website is actually arav.org. The site includes a search to find reptile vets in your state. The book is well worth the cost of purchase, and I plan on buying it.
