Snakes ok without water for 2 nights?

I have never done this before so I figure I will ask. We might have to be away for a night or two and the person staying at my place has little to no snake knowledge. I want to pull the water from the tubs so they don't spill it na dhave to sit on damp bedding ( in my tubs I use paper). This whould be ok shouldn't it?
Too many snakes to list. Ball pythons, Gtp's and Boa's. It easier to say it that way.

I think I'd prefer to leave the water in and risk a spilled bowl. I would rather have them on damp bedding for a day or two rather than not give access to water... Just my opinion, but I'm sure a day or two without water isn't going to kill them. I know they go longer than that in the wild...

+1, I'd rather them be on damp bedding than no water at all.

They'll be fine either way for just 2 days.

you could always fill the water bowls half or quarter full too. Enough for them to access if they need/want a drink, but not so much that if it spills you have a swamp happening.

You need to invest in some bowls that cant be spilled. It will make your life much easier. I got lucky and found some really goods ones at the dollar store.

Your snakes will be fine for a couple of days with out water. They do not need water every day like other pets.. 2 days with out water is much better then a cold wet snake when I get home to me.

there also are some cool tricks, and tips you can look up to keep your snakes from being able to tip water bowls "for the future".

Re: Snakes ok without water for 2 nights?

A lot of vendors soak their snakes overnight in their tubs right before a show so that they'll stay hydrated over the weekend. Many snakes go 2 to 3 days without water when they're being displayed at shows.

    They'll be just fine.

I would much rather pull the water then come home to wet snakes. Your snake can go longer than 2 days without water.

I'd prefer to give them access to water, but for two days your snake should be fine either way. If it's common for you to have issues with water spilling, you may want to get different bowls.
