What is your setup like? What are you feeding? How big is he? Do you only offer food once every 2 weeks?

He is in a 100 gallon tank with light source and heat source and a hidding place on one end and some fake plants with small rock with water in it. having hard time posting a pic to show you. I feed him med rats, like i said before i used to get large live rats, but he stopped eating live in march. So we went to frozzen and he seems to eat those, I'm going to try to feed him again today.

100 gallons seems huge for a ball python. I would add another hide on the cooler side of the tank and offer a medium rat every 10days or so. It's hard to say if a snake is hungry or not since they are opportunistic feeders. There might be something else going on that is keeping him out of his hide or he could just be regulating his temp.
