I have a zoomed UTH, I think it's a small if I remember correctly. it's been running really well the past couple months, but today I went and did a good cleaning and now it's not running at all or very minimally. My thermostat and thermometer both say it's staying around 84.5 and it hasn't gotten over 86.8 this past hour. Of course I lost my receipt and when I called the pet store I got it at they said they couldn't do anything without a receipt. Did I just get a dud or is this normal for them to only work a couple of months?

I'll be leaving in the next hour to go get another, my poor baby is stressed I think from the cold.
