    First Time Breeding BP's

I got my first lock last night with a normal X Pastel breeding!
Sorry no pic my phone would be gay and not wanna work at the time!

So I was curious whats the process after a pair has locked up about how long until I should see female Ovulate?

It could take months, the best way to have some sort of idea is to palpate the female weekly or so, to check for follicle development & growth.

like everyone stated, keep pairing until you have an ovulation or they won't lock up any more. best to give the male 3-4 days rest every week or so.

also, it's not really my place, but I'd like to ask respectfully that you not use the word gay in that sort of context. we're not in 8th grade, and although it seems innocuous, it can be pretty offensive.

    Congratulations.

Depending on the female, the Ovulation can be early or later.. It really just depends. There is no specific schedule, but there is a timeline that can be followed once you see the indicating signs.

    Good luck!
