    adult ball python bites

Man yesterday was my feeding day. And I have a adult female ball python who is a great eater. Always takes the rat out of my hand. Well the other day she missed and got my hand. I berly even saw it. I've been bitten by babies and yearlings but man that adult bite hurts lol.
So it being the first time my fiance and I had to examine my wounds lol. It was definitely a hunting bite as opposed to fear b/c she dig her fangs pretty deep when she pulled away. But the top of my thumb has a mouth print shaped like her head. You can see her inner and outter teeth. The same on the bottom. Idk just kinds cool to look at maybe I wierd lol

Might want to use tongs from now on. Try not to make a habit of getting bit because a bite could cause a nasty infection. Ball Pythons do not have fangs, just small teeth.

Exactly, their teeth can break off in your skin also.

Yea my Fiance had a 14' retic tooth break off in her calf!!! now thats a bite! Big Bertha came from under the bed and latched onto her. She always let the snake roam the bedroom. Not really safe though!
