How do you rank them?

I was curious to know how you all rank the "top" breeders, I.e. NERD, Pro Exotics, BHB, Constrictors Unlimited, VPI, etc.

For me the following.

#1.) NERD (the reason I got into balls)
#2.) VPI
#3.) PE
#4.) Constrictors Unlimited (Mike Wilbanks)
#5.) BHB
#6.) And I can't think of anymore.

So have at it! Let me see what you rank them as your favorites.

I haven't dealt with any other big breeders so I can't say for anyone else

Honestly I know who the big breeders are but I prefer to buy from Garrick DeMeyer (Royal Constrictor Designs) and my local reptile store (Reptile Rapture). Garrick is great to work with and I really like a lot of what he is producing and he is kind of local for me. Reptile Rapture breeds their own ball pythons and I've been super happy with everything I've gotten there so far. The owner also knows a ton about the different species so any time I want to venture into something new he can help me out. With these two being local I don't really see a need to use any of the big breeders.

I do like what he makes too. There are so many good bp breeders out there its hard to list a few!

Like I said there are tons of breeders. I completely forgot about ralph. I would probably put his as #3 for me....no realizing I forgot. :p

Unfortunately due to huge export cost to Canada I have yet to purchase any snakes form the listed breeders you mentioned.

I have spoke with NERD, ECRB and Garrick Demeyer and they were very helpful and professional when I was just getting into the reptile scene.

As far a Canadian Breeders I am partial to Markus Jayne, Urban Reptile and my local breeder All Reptiles.

In regards to "big" breeders -I've only dealt with Brian from BHB. I purchased a hatchling Albino from him and the whole experience was great from the quality of the snake to the customer service - he even met with me to drop off my new girl - now that's customer service.

Unfortunately, I haven't had an opportunity to deal with the other "big" breeders - maybe someday.
