Help me pair these... (Yes another, but please chime in)
Hello all.
I am really trying to make it up to Tinley Park next weekend for the show. I am wanting to pick up a couple females to pair with the two males that I have. I currently have:
1.0 Woma
1.0 Pastave
I am going to be looking for at least 2 gene females, give me some suggestions! I know that everybody always says "pick what you like the most," but I like them all to be honest. After I see what you like the most, I may even change my mind, another reason why I like these threads so much.
I have been pondering a Pewter female, and I was going to see how the Vanilla females looked (yes I know they aren't 2 gene).
I know that somebody will reply with the "do whatever you like" answer, but I would really like some ideas so that I can get out of the train of thought that I am in now before I make a purchase.
Thanks you all!

What is your budget?
Personally I'd probably go for Clowns, Enchi/Pastel Enchis, and Fireflies for your Pastave male.
I am not a huge fan of Woma crosses, so I have no sugestions there! However, Pewters are always nice to have.

Good call on the Enchi and Firefly. I really like what the Enchi gene does! Thank you for your input

Without knowing your budget it's hard to make a recommendation as 2 gene females go anywhere from $500+ to $20000+
An idea of the budget you work with would help narrowing it down a little.

That is a good point. As of right now lets just keep it under $800.
Man this hobby is expensive

Well in that price range you have pewters (would work great with the pastave), Spinners, Lemon Blasts, Pastel YB.

I'd ditch the Woma (just unappealing to me) and make your Pastave (already a double-gene animal) your main male. From there, for $800, you could go with a female Bumblebee (get your Spider/Woma-ish gene back in the mix), Pastel Yellowbelly, Firefly, Pewter, even another Pastave. All of those combos will make Super Pastels on top of whatever other gene you're playing with. Most bang for your buck, breeding effort and space. Then build up from there with the holdbacks you produce. That's what I do, I don't like having too many males around.

I forgot about Spinners and Blasts. Pinstripes make ANYTHING better.

Spinner x Pastave!
I'm a sucker for Spinners, but that pairing could yield a KILLER clutch!

He already has a bumblebee female. I've been told by every big breeder you can never have enough males. Someone will always disappoint you and you will need a few back ups.
For $800 I'd go with a pastel orange ghost. Hypos make everything look better. I also really like what the pinstripe does with the mojave gene, so a female lemon blast. I don't think you would mind having a super pastel jigsaw.
