Talking New Female Bredli -- Got Out!

My new female Bredli got out a few nights ago somehow. I assume the lid wasn't securely slid back and locked on the tank.

Story is simple and goes like this. I came home with my friend the other day and after noticing she wasn't there we looked for her for--which took less than 5 minutes. I told him to check the giant fake tree I have in the room (reptile room scenery) and see if she's perched on the branches. He tells me he didn't see her. A minute or two later I move aside some leaves and what do ya know... She made a bee-line for the tree from the opposite side of the room. She was most definitely perched and seemed quite happy to be up so high.

I know for a fact she didn't get into my rat cage, which she could've. All the baby rat pups were still there and none missing. I decided to offer her a F/T hopper while she was perched in the tree. She more than happily took it right away and took it down no problem. Snakes amuse me with their slick ways.

    Hope you enjoyed the photos!

Beautiful snake =) I love watching my carpet eat up in her vines. It's so neat the way they hold onto the rat compared to eating on the ground.
