Anyone here that can design an outbuilding?

I need blueprints for an insulated 10x16 outbuilding to submit for a building permit and I was wondering if anyone here was able to do this for me? I can find general plans but I need plans that are exact to the design I plan to build. Thanks guys

You could try Googling outbuildings with those specs; rabbit or chicken sheds would be about that size. Or try your local extension office (4-H people), as they might have something like that on hand. Might be a farrowing shed or whatever name for farm livestock but nothing to say you couldn't adjust it to be used for herps!

That last one can be hit or miss; it had the most options from DIY'ers but the plans vary in terms of quality and how detailed they are. I've used several plans for various woodworking projects and I'm SURE it was the plans fault that my projects ended up as scrap, lol! Hope that helps and good luck!

Yea I have found a lot of plans on the web. The problem is I have to have plans that are exactly how I intend to build it to get my building permit so I will have to find someone to draw my exact plans.

we are doing a 10x14 shed... and didnt need to submit blueprints for building permit... but thats also in ny... maybe if u did it slightly smaller u could get away without blueprints lol
