Ball Python Wrinkley Skin (Not Shedding Issue)

Hi, I was just given a small regular baby ball python. The snake has wrinkles running lenghtwise near the end by the tale (snake is not skinny but not plump). Its definetly not because he's about to shed. I upped the humidity thinking it might be dehydration. i am keeping it away from my snake room till this goes away. any suggestions on what this can be?

What womsterr said, more than likely dehydration. I second the soaking.
