Just wondering how often i can saftely feed super worms. Or if theres a downside. I feed hog mix as a main food but these guys seem to love super worms. Can i feed these supplimentally on a regular basis?

Regular basis is A-o-k. They love them, there is pretty much no downside to them once a day 2-5 per day I'd say, if you were going to feed every day. If you fed less often, like I feed maybe once a month and they might get as many as 10 each depending on their appetites. \

Live crickets are also great. And fun to watch!
    Cockroaches too!

I think they're supposed to be but I couldn't get them to breed. I think my temperatures were off.

Well I wanted to ask, because if I google it i might come up with a good guide, but it's not the most effective method. So thanks.

I used to breed meal worms I started by accident (for fish) and just kept on doing so. It is very easy my understanding that breeding supers and meal worms is close to the same.
