    Spider Projects

So the Spider morph was the one that started it all for me. For future breeding i want to revolve around this morph. I really want to push for a Nuclear Spider and think thats the best way to start.

I currently have a 2011 female. Debating on getting another because shes such a hassle though. (Hardly eats and is aggressive)

So besides getting another female Spider heres my plan for this year

    0.1 2010-2011 Butter
    0.1 2010-2011 Fire

    Then next year
    1.0 2012 Butter
    1.0 2012 Fire
    1.0 2012 Spider

I figure that I should have 2 pairings of butters and fires. A male and female of each so i can also go for a Black Eyed Luesitic But just to increase my chances of getting Butter Fires.

The Spider male is being added in case i dont produce any Butter Fire males and only females. I just want to have all outlets covered.

Also been debating on getting a yearling Female Pastel this year to go with my Male Pastel. I want to produce a Super to make Killer bees But also want to Cross a super with a Nuclear Spider and shoot for a Nuclear Killer Bee.

Anyone else trying for these guys

I love spiders. I really am excited about making lesser beesi think they are very cool looking.

Yeah its incredible the odds for a Nuclear spider with Nuclear spinner are even more crazy. I cant even imagine having a clutch from these two. There are just so many possibilities on what you can get. Cant wait till we start seeing these 5 and 6 gene morphs coming out.

Plan is to just keep the first male and female of every morph i produce and trade off all the rest for others i can mix in and see what comes out of it. Im not interested in making money breeding. I just want to one day say i was the first to produce a Morph. That is my long term goal and since this hobby is so new i think that i have a high chance of doing so.

Would it be better to just get a Butter Spider and a Fire? Instead of 2 fires 2 butters and another spider.
