What do we know about breeding Hidden Gene Womas

Since there are threads on the issues with Bananas and Deserts, I figured I'd start one on Hidden Gene Womas. From what I understand, there are issues with the super form, the Pearl, although I believe NERD actually got one to thrive recently. So, does anybody know of any other issues or any details surrounding this gene?

well you said everything thats public, yes the pearl has issues and yes they got one to survive but don't know how. Thats all we know
