just wanted to share (pics)
hurricane here in NY, so i was off today from work, and yesterday i was actually awake long enough to finally see my BP out and about in his tank (around 12am), i havent seen him out and about in his tank since his first day in it, 4 months ago when i got him, just wanted to share some pictures. Weighed him again too, came in at 573 (pooped 3 days ago, and ate 2 small mice 5 days ago), long way from 120something grams when i first got him 4 months ago...

Mines out alot and he loves climbin too.....this is likely what he's doin at night too (I regularly have to pick up things he's knocked over or moved when I wake up).
Shame he's been hiding from you for so long, but glad you got to see him....he's a pretty one too.

Gasp! I have tank envy! Your setup is lovely, as is your snake. Mine is just paper towel, hides, and water dishes... I like the trees, Jackson loves to climb. I'll have to get him some!
We were hit pretty good here in VA too, although I've seen alot worse. A couple fatalities in my own city! We got power back today, so easy storm for my household (Isabel we were out for 15 days). I was awfully concerned about Jackson's heating! It was under 80 throughout the day, and lower 70s at night.
How did the storm treat ya?

it was nothing big in my opinion, if it wasent in the news so much, i would have just brushed it off ass a strong thunderstorm, then again i am a hurricane charlie/ivan/frances veteran, i lived in orlando florida back then, and had 2 cat 3 and one cat4 hurricanes go right thru us, so a cat 1 brushing by was no big deal for me, no power loss, no broken windows, my biggest concern is a tree falling on my car.....and that has not happened, as of yet, still some strong winds.
The only thing is, today was feeding day, and pet stores are closed. Hes already hungry from not getting the right sized meal last feeding, so yeh, hes hungry.....
