Updated Photos of My Reptile Room (DUW)

Everything fits so much better since I've given up 4 snakes and my gecko. Gonna start to stick with just pythons but mostly Balls. Anyway, here are some photos I took a few nights ago:

(Starting from when you walk in the door, then turning clockwise)

Now, going more in depth with what's in here (Starting from the Baja Kingsnake, then turning counter-clockwise)

Two hatchling normal Balls I produced on first two shelfs, then a Common Kingsnake female on the bottom.

My Tarantula Stand -- On top: A. avic female | In middle: O. wahlbergii, G. rosea, N. coloratovillosum, G. pulchra female, G. pulchripes, P. irminia | On bottom: B. smithi female and G. pulchripes female

Closer look at my re-designed A. avic enclosure (her web mess is in the left corner)

On top: Mojave BP male (on left), Hatchling Normal I produced (on right) | On bottom: B. emilia female

From top to bottom: Spider BP male, Pastel BP female, Normal BP male, Normal BP female

On top: New female normal BP | On bottom: Blood python female

And a photo of my Kingsnake chillen in her shed

And another photo of my rats playing around while I clean

    Hope you liked the photos

Nice room and setup. That is too funny about the rats running around - in that first picture I thought that was a rat sitting below the tank.

I'm not that comfortable with rats - I'm sorta afraid to handle them - yours must be pretty tame - lol.

Wouldn't want to bond with them only to have to feed them off - yikes!!!

Thank you!! They love to explore the room while I clean. Mine are pretty sweet rats, my male loves to jump up in my lap and get scratchies .

And that actually was my rat inside the tank stand LOL! She got in there through the back while I was distracted taking photos

I definitely agree on that last part -- I try not to get attached to the rats I get for my Blood. Fortunately my rats are pets and breeders

I saw the first rat and was like "why does she have a rat statue there?" I'm smart...lol
Love your setup. Can't wait to have enough room to be able to have an awesome setup like that.

I saw that rat and wondered why on earth you'd have a rat running around outside a cage and not inside with a snake! I thought, "where's the snake - inside the cabnet too???"

    Great pics and nice setup!

Very nice setup! I love the pic of your cal king in her shed!! I'm just curious though... I noticed you don't use any clips or straps on the sides of your tubs... have you ever had a problem with escapes or does it seem to hold them in pretty well? I'm just wondering because I use binder clips along the sides of mine and I'm still always paranoid that it isn't enough haha Are the "latching lids" only secure for snakes up to a certain size?

    Just leeetle bit

The Dumeril's I have is not in the reptile room so I didn't get a photo of her.

Thanks! Of course I do, she's in the hallway next to the computer though instead of the reptile room. She's also in shed so she wouldn't have looked as great with photos anyway

Thank you ! I've always had no problems with the lids that lock on both ends, but I have had escapees with the tubs that don't have the locking lids. I'm sure your tubs are just fine with the binder clips . The latching/locking lids seem to do well for all of my snakes of all sizes.. well, except for rather larger constrictors of over 5' (besides BPs & other small python/boa species).
