    My Rat Room

I am using my back Michigan Room as a Rat room for my snakes. I currently have about 400 rats including babies. I have 6 (4 Tub) racks for breeding and raising. I also have a large 4 tubs rack as holding bins. This does all I need plus some for selling. Please excuse the messy room we were cleaning the day that these were taken.

Second view (My dog managed to get into the picture)

A michigan room is an attachment off of a house that is constructed out of metal siding and is completely insulated. This one is is small but that is what racks are for.

lol...They are nice. It is really nice when your uncle has been building them for 20 years and you can get them at cost.

man that is a nice setup. i have 1 5 tub and a 4 tub right now. still need to find some bigger tubs to make a holding bin.
how many balls are you supporting with your setup?
i had a good balance until i got a bunch more balls now im not producing enough. it would be nice too have that room like you have.

Will do. There are going to be some changes soon. We are adding two solar powered box fans, one at each end. We are also cleaning all the non-rat objects out and adding more racks. I enjoy breeding rats, and its nice when they can pay for all their expenses and more. : )
