    Post-Shed Bredli

Clarice recently shed so I thought I'd take her out for a few photos. Her color really pops in the sunlight.

    Enjoy!

    Beautiful snake.
When I first got her she was pretty defensive. I made sure to handle her for short amount of times 1-2 times a day (5 minutes.) It took a couple months and she's pretty calm now, but will still bite if she feels the need to (I find this has more to do with her amazing feeding response than feeling threatened now). I am confident as she ages she'll be pretty docile.

If you're having second thoughts on a Bredli because of temperment don't let that put you off. With a little work they turn out to be a joy to handle. I am so glad I decided to get her.

She currently eats the equivilant of a large rat wean or small rat once a week. She usually just gets leftovers that the Balls don't eat. (within exception of course)
