Hey guys!!!
I just got back from my West Texas herping trip and we filmed over 20 documentaries on the trip! We were very blessed and captured 51 snakes and over 70 documented herps. I just finished making this video for my students (I am a high school bio teacher) and wanted to share it with ya'll. This documentary is about the Western Hooknose and how it pops its cloaca to startle potential predators. We got some great audio of the snake making the famous poop sound

We also captured some great footage of a Texas Banded Gecko in shed while on a rock cut!:

I hope you guys enjoy them and I will be uploading plenty of more short documentaries as I finish them. Thanks for checking them out!!
