I would try feeding her a smaller mouse and offer her a hide.

I went through this with my male normal some time back. I started offering him smaller prey items for a while and he eventually got his confidence back and started eating appropriately sized meals again. It took a great amount of time but it was worth it because at least he was eating something.

you need to give us more information other than my snake isn't eating. her age and size, how long since she ate. what size enclosure, setup, what's the temps and humidity and pics would help us help you.

I want to make sure I understand what you mean. Are you feeding live, or frozen/thawed? What time of day are you offering food?
Mine eat F/T, and won't touch it unless it's night time.
