Found a female pastel for a decent price...Should I do it?!

Hey guys. While perusing the local CL I found a pastel female for $125. I'm waiting on pictures and questions to be answered but for now it seems like a steal! What do you guys think? I have a bin I could make into an enclosure for her and frozen rats are not hard to get around me. I will have to order some flexwatt but other than that I have thermo/hygrometers, hides and water bowls up the wazoo. I'm very much tempted by the prospect. Opinions?

If you want her and can properly house her...Why not?

Just make sure she's not a problem feeder or anything.

Id say if she has any weight on her for sure. Also make sure she is a female! I have bought two pastels on CL that I was told were females and ended up being males. I didn't know how to sex then and I bought them for $75 so I just sold them for what I bought them for so all good.

    150 AND COUNTING...

Hehe, exactly what I was thinking.

    Another great point.

Exactly the reason I made note of the questions that needed answering. I will probably ask to see her feed prior to taking her.

Oh yeah, definitely. Already asked for her current weight and year of birth. I have seen videos and read intensely on how to "pop", but at the same time I would rather a guarantee since I've no idea her actual temperament.

What I'm really iffy about is I'm sharing a house with some friends this year and the lot of them are closed minded about animals. I mean...I do have my own room as well as a personal freezer to store her feeders. You know...Yeah...This could work

Haha! She will be my first. Exciting stuff here ladies and gentlemen. I actually came to the realization today that my basement (well, my parents basement) is ideal for keeping reptiles. We have a big room used for storage we need to clean out and an old refrigerator which would make a perfect incubator. I can imagine an entire rack system down there with a fridge/freezer full of eggs and feeder buckets a few short years from now...That's the goal anyway

Wow! Sorry for the double post! Just found someone looking to sell a young male fireball for $150. Should I nab him up as well? What a lucky day...
