A quick hello and small introduction
Hey guys. My name is Matt, and this is me in a nutshell. I'm currently a college student interested in becoming a veterinarian one day, possibly specializing in reptiles. Animals fascinate me, particularly their genetics. I was originally drawn to geckos but now that I've started to read more I think that BP's are far more appealing. Now I definitely want to get into breeding, but that is a long ways off. I've got a general idea of the types of morphs I would like to breed for, and what I've decided on are Black Eyed Leucistic's. These appear to be fairly popular and personally I think they are gorgeous with their creamy, clear whites and they're dark eyes. I plan on obtaining a pair of Fireball's to hopefully breed some out of to start, but only after I've set up enclosure drawers and got some mice breeding to make feeders for them. I prefer to know where my animals food is coming from and what is going into them before they are fed off. Well, that's all there really is I suppose. I just thought I would strike up a conversation because even if breeding is way down the line, I'd like to at least get a foothold in the community to start picking up any tips or advice ya'll are willing to give me. Hope to hear from you guys.
Matt

I guess something that's been in the back of my head is if there's any special things I should know before even thinking about breeding. Things that help with success rates, etc. I don't mean that in a complete novice way, I know about cooling them, when the average time to put a male/female together is, other such things. Just little things you guys have found helped you out/you wish someone had told you when you were considering it.
