    New Burm

Well, I was given a Burm by a friend, so I requested for a Male so it won't grow as big as a female. She doesn't know how to sex them so she sent me two to try out, taking them to the vet now to find out.

Is it safe to pop them my selves? I have never tried popping before but I have seem it done and since these are hatchlings, they are easier to pop right?

They look stunning though, the pattern is just amazing

I've read a lot on a number of sites that popping them isn't good if you don't know how and you can hurt the snake. I would rather bring them to a VET and have them take a look at it. You don't want to hurt them.

If you seen it before then try but be careful.

You can try, and yes it will be easier because they are hatchlings, but as was said, you can do a bit of tissue damage if you don't do it right since you need a fair amount of pressure in the right spot in order to revert the hemipenes.

I went ahead to the vet and have them do it :-) He gave quite a poop after also lol :-)

And yes, one was a "he" so He is mine now. The other was a female, so I am giving her to a friend later who has a bigger facility :-)
