How do you heat your Neodesha cages?

I just bought 3 of the 4 ft. slanted cages used. The guy I bought them off of said he was using flexwatt but I was wondering if anyone knows if they can handle having UTH attached to them (because I've already got a bunch of those) or...how do you heat your neodesha cages? Thanks!!

As long as you are using a thermostat to control the UTH's they should be just fine.

You can also contact them directly and see if they have any specific recommendations.

Thanks for the response. That's sort of what I figured when I looked up more details of the plastic they use. Strong stuff.

Yes you can use a UTH i've done it myself. Just make sure the cage isn't too hot mine was 99 degrees before we added a rheostat to lower the temp.

So I guess there was no probe then...my next question was how you got the probe in there for the t-stat.
