    Yeeeehaaa again...

Ok, so today is feeding day as well as my first attempt to get Nibs to eat an f/t rat. He has been on f/t small mice and pounds them down with no problem. However the last two feedings he will eat and then keep looking for more so I decided it was rat time. I did our normal routine and got a white rat to match his normal white mouse. I heated it up and put it in his enclosure...boooom...he got it!!! I was happy until he let it go and went into his hide; CRAP!!!!! I take the rat back out and heat it up again and put it back in his enclosure...boooom...he hits it again and this time he keeps it. I guess he decided they do taste pretty good. Then as I'm watching him he couldn't figure out how to get it down and started at the leg. Now I'm worried but decided to let him be and he will figure it out. I went away and watched a sniper show on History Channel. After about five minutes, I checkd back on him and he found the head and started to swallow.

Here's to hoping it's the start of a long prosperous rat feeding. On average, once they eat a rat do they USUALLY not have a problem with rats?
