    Hooded Male

He has been mostly a pet for the last year. I love him to death and working on getting a girl for him so I can have some babies! I honestly didn't see how sweet rats can be -- he acts like a dog/cat. Nothing better than having a pet that will cuddle up with you in your lap. Looks like a Hooded; if anyone can tell me otherwise that would be sweet!

Yeah, pretty cool, haven't seen one of those.

Good luck I didn't think they'd be this sweet either

Mink Hooded for sure, I don't see any ticking in his coat. Very cute little guy.

It could very well be a mink coat, better lighting would help *hint hint*
Mink's are awesome, I've only made one in all my try's

My colony is loaded with Minks. I'm fixing to work on a Russian Dove project (Mink/Russian Blue). Since there does seem confusion with Mink and Agouti coats on this forum, I'll snap a photo of an Agouti and Mink side by side. If I can get them to hold still anyway.

Rex coat, not the best example of but she made up for it in her sweet disposition.
I'm pretty sure she's a mink, here she is when she was a fuzzy

Sorry for the horrible pic, my photo skills have improved since these were taken
