Hatchling Rack Question
On average, what would you say is the time period it takes for a hatchling to outgrow the shoe box size tub in your typical rack? This is assuming a 5 day feeding schedule with appropriate size meals.
Thanks.

At least 5-600 grams.I leave them in a 6qt tub till they really can't fit any more..

Re: Hatchling Rack Question
I already have a grasp on size/weight. I am just trying to get a ball park idea of how long in months/years that usually takes.

No way to tell.. I've had it take 4 months and with others it could take up to a year depending on their eating habbits..

I have a 580 gram male in a shoebox tub right now, he loves it. If I move him to a bigger enclosure, he seems to stop feeding.

By 6 months old and 350-400 grams most of mine jump to larger tubs.
