It looks like they photoshopped the background out EXCEPT for one piece, and it looks like whoever shopped it thought that that background piece was a piece of a snake, because they shaped it like it was . . . lol
fancy isn't technically the WRONG term. . . Just not the specific one.

Petsmart doesn't label them according to morphs. They label anything that is not a "normal" corn snake as fancy. This will include albinos, anerys, snows, etc. (actually at one point, my store tried to sell a normal as a fancy. I tried to get my manager to believe me that it wasn't a fancy, but I didn't succeed).
I think the top one is an anery. A very light one.

It's a regular old Anery, nothing "fancy" about that! Not that aneries can't be lovely, but they're almost more common than normals...

It's not fancy like a top hat, cane and monocle, it's fancy like 'hobby' like 'cat fancy' or 'dog fancy' or 'mouse fancy.
