so how would you go about producing one or will it just show up in your breeding.

You buy one , Mystic is a base morph not a combo.

Mystic is co-dominant therefore breeding a Mystic to a normal will yield 50% Mystic + 50% Normal (Chances per egg)

Mystic X Mystic will yield 25% Normal + 50% Mystic + 25% Super Mystic.
