    Thoughts on next season already.......

I know this season is not over yet, but has anyone else been starting to think about this coming one already?

What's planned? What are you planning to pick up and try for?

I know of one pairing that I'm going to try, Spector x Yellow Belly, but not sure on the others. Not that I have a lot to work with.

I'll have the following females that will be ready - Cinnamon, Pinstripe and a Normal

Males that should be good to go - Mystic, Calico, het Red, Sable, Cinnamon, Black Pastel, Fire, Pastel, and a Pastel Yellow Belly.

    Any suggestions?

Interested to hear what you have planned and any suggestions for me.

I'm always thinking a season ahead. Truth be told, as soon as these babies hatch out in September and I know what I have, I'm making plans for the following season too. Next seasons plans are....

Het Axanthic X Het Axanthic : Hoping for an axanthic or two, preferably at least one male.

Normal X Dinker : Hoping to prove out my dinker

Normal X Het Pied Normal: Just trying to get some possible het pied girls out of this pairing to breed back to the father in a few years.

As far as picking up new snakes. Nadda for me. I need another rack or two so new snakes will have to wait till next year.

You have some good morphs to choose from for breeding this upcoming season. I'd pair that Pinstripe up with the Pastel Yellowbelly, Cinnamon, Black Pastel, and the Sable.
    Under Construction.....

Re: Thoughts on next season already.......

I seriously need to get my hands on another male before next season, but at least so far Im planning on:

Albino Pastel x Spotnose het albino
    Albino Pastel x Ivory
    Pewter x Pewter
    Pewter x Pastel
    Yb x Dinker
    Bee x Dinker

Though, those pairings might change depending on how Daytona goes.

I am always planning for the next season even though this one is not over and I am still breeding.

Next one will be the most exciting by far for me some cool stuff hopefully involving Pied genes.

And of course more Pin and Spider combos, and hopefully some clowns, POGS, Mystic Potion etc

I'm always thinking about the possibilities for next season. For me, I'm looking forward to spinners, granite mojaves, and hopefully proving my pos. het clown out.

Next season we will hopefully produce a couple double recessives and start on our first 4 gene mutation. Some sort of BEL will be in the works. Lots of other stuff and somethings will depend on what comes out of the eggs in the incubator and the eggs hopefully yet to be laid.
