Is this a reduced pattern normal...it looks different but I don't know what people mean by reduced pattern...but was just wondering if my snake has is?

normals all look different.. yours seem to be lacking the common "alien heads" which to some people is reduced.. but your is also very busy.. to me.. not reduced..

but.. it looks like a nice normal.
