    Glowing.... but no follicle growth?

Took a look at my biggest girl today.. and she is without a doubt glowing. She's as bright as my pastel boy.. but I've not noticed any follicle growth or the wrapping/lumping behavior. She looks pretty fat.. but then she always has, and I still cannot feel anything inside of her.

She was housed with a male when I got her, which was nearly a month ago, and it's possible they could have done the deed, but shouldn't I have seen other signs at this point? Would she be glowing even if she is not developing eggs?

How good are you at palpating?
Last season, I missed most of the signs with one of my females, but then I noticed her controntionist moves, she was indeed gravid.

I've been at this for 4 seasons now, and I can't feel follicles for the life of me. Don't worry about palpating, go by the other signs.
Wrapping the water bowl, inverted basking, glowing, and finally, perfect coil over the heat source (near the end).

Yeah I really have no experience to go off of for palpating, and I haven't noticed any signs other than the glowing. I suppose I'll have to wait and see. She was housed with a normal male, so I'm not expecting anything incredibly thrilling, but if she lays, it will be our first clutch of BP eggs, and they'll be ready right after the cornsnakes hatch from the incubator =) Fun all the same

Remove her from the tub for a bit, let her relax, then open the tub/enclosure & guide her head into it, while she is moving into the enclosure gently squeeze while she's moving through your gloved hand.

Do it the way he's doing it in the vid, but with a gloved hand.
