Info for hatchling cards?

I'm looking to make some info cards for my hatchlings and was wondering what info you put on them. What I have so far is. ID #, Sex, Hatch Date, Weight In, Weight Out, Sir, Dame, Date and Action.
Just wondering if I'm missing anything?

I would go with "Feeding" and "Shed" too... always good to know when (and what) they have eaten a meal and shed.

Give me your e-mail address and I will send you the one that I use. Load printer with index cards and it prints one side first, load them again face up, and it will print on back side.
