Well, they brighten back up right before they shed. So I'd put it back and let it finish

When the blueness disappears, I think that can be a humidity issue. Give her a mist/bath, let her soak for 20-30 minutes in 1/4" pan of water with a heat pad under it, and wipe with a towel. That should take the skin right off. If it doesn't come off, then you have a mystery cage cleaner.

This. After they go blue, they go back to normal, and they will shed within a few days after that.
Reach for the stars, and if you don't grab them at least you'll fall on top of the world.
