I am SO bumbed

OK I had a surprise clutch. Didn't expect any to hatch all did. I was extatic. I got 1:1 BEL'S(super mojos) 1:2 mojaves. Happy happy happy. They shed. Now they won't eat nothing I can do will make them eat on their own. Today my male super mojo got out. Cant find him ANYWHERE. Seems like things keep getting worse. The super mojo girl is very very very tiny. She can't afford not to eat. Today has sucked all around. I don't know what to do about the babies not eating.

How long ago did they hatch?
Have they lost weight?

I have little ones that hatched 6-14. Only 2 of them have eaten and they just had their first meals this week. Sometimes they go a little longer than expected. What are you trying to feed? How long have they been out. Look somewhere dark and warm for the little one. Sorry its been a crummy day. I've had a few of those.

Thanks. They hatched 6-17. I have tried rat pinkies the first few feeding and mouse crawlers this week. All but the little female BEL still look fat and sassy. I have contacted an expert to see what we can do about her. I offered her a mouse pinky the for feedings as the rat pinkies look way to big for her.

As for the escapee dark and warm.... that covers about 3/4 of the house. I am just praying he stays away from the dogs. I guess time will tell if he wants to be found.

The worst of your situation would be the lost snake. If worse comes to worst you'll have to assist feed them a pinky or so until they are up to date on instincts.

Pinkys aren't big on movement. A brand new baby needs the movement so they go ah ha I'm hungry! I'd try a mouse hopper as a mouse pinky is just going to be a terribly tiny meal. Hoppers also move more and that help stimulate the appatite.
