Pastel Butter for real?

I need some help with a Morph. What do you guys think about this one? He's been sold as a Pastel Butter...!
Do you see any Pastel in him? He seems way too bright....
Can you confirm?

For me it was because of all the blushing that it has, very reminiscent of a pastel, but it has lesser coloration. Another thing is that it has that green cast to its eyes, which indicates pastel.
