Yup, it's true. Whoever it is that possesses the boldness to step up to the challenge of being a small business owner can actually purchase a successful one, one that IS in the black consistently AND has tremendous potential for growth.

I've spent the last 2 1/2 years building up this little operation. I've got regular clients, excellent suppliers, fine breeders, and untapped potential.

This is something that would only work for someone in the So. Cal. area as all my clients are here.

The ONLY reason I'm selling it is because if I keep it, due to my recent stem cell transplant and current immune system of a baby, it could kill me. Seriously. That both blows and sucks most thoroughly.

There are rat racks, mouse racks, each of which has it's own water system, breeders breeding now, not so much on the grow outs since demand is high, and a car to deliver them.

I had planned on carrying some dry goods as well but what with the whole cancer thing I did not implement that part of my business plan this year. There is demand for them. Various beddings, heat lights, fixtures, the very basic basics for the pet stores and breeders I deal with which neither need to be fed nor can die. They can be purchased on an as needed basis and even with a low markup provide instant profit.

If you're tired of working for The Man, have a decent sized garage or shed, you could seriously be making money for yourself immediately.

I worked long and hard to make this happen and would not even consider this if it wasn't necessary. Heck, I've put it off for the last few months hoping that I wouldn't have to, but I must.

I'm not interested in selling individual racks nor my list of clients. This is one of those once in a life time opportunities that you hear about. It's already working, has potential to work even better, has NO debt and can be yours for just an arm, you can keep both legs.
