"The Complete Carpet Python"
I just saw on Chicago Reptile House's facebook page that they announced "The Complete Carpet Python" book coming soon.

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to contribute a chapter to this book, and am helping with the editing, but the main authors are Justin Julander and Nick Mutton. From what I have seen so far, it is going to be an awesome book! Great pics, presentation of original research data, great care info, and a much more comprehensive look into python reproduction than most herpetoculture books offer. I think it will be an awesome book not only for Morelia fiends, but to python and reptile keepers in general, but I could of course be biased

I'm super stoked. Any tidbits to tease us with Ben? I was at Tinley last October and it was great getting to meet some of the Morelia guys, I'm expecting it to be even better this year! Is anyone in particular going to be vending the book at NARBC?

Re: "The Complete Carpet Python"
mainbutter,
Are you the one that got that really cool IJ a few years back? Your name sounds familiar, but maybe I am wrong. Anyway, if they are posting about it on the Chicago Reptile House page, I would imagine that the book will be easy to get at the show. I don't know the details of all that kind of stuff, but would assume that they know what they are saying.
As for tidbits, I can tell you right now that no matter how much I blow up the fact that this book is going to have awesome pics for carpet python people, it is still going to blow your mind! And Justin and Nick have done a VERY thorough job of researching everything there is to know about wild and captive carpets of all types and they have presented it well in this book as far as I have seen so far. My addition to it is a more in depth look at python reproduction, of course focused mostly on carpet pythons. I am pretty sure it will be well received. I know I am getting a copy right away
