Should I even try feeding?
I tried feeding my BP on Monday and she wouldn't take it, then I noticed her eyes were blue so I just refroze it. Her eyes are cleared up now but she has yet to shed, should I try and feed her tonight or just wait til she sheds?

If her eyes are clear, and she seems hungry, go ahead

Honestly its just another day or two before she sheds ill give her some time to get it off first. They don't like to move so much when they're digesting but they need to move quite alot and scratch quite hard to get the shed off.

Good that she ate!
Whether or not to feed when they're shedding pretty much depends on the individual snake. I have two that will eat anytime, in full blue even. So I go ahead and feed them. I have one who will eat in shed if you give her about 30 seconds of the dead rat boogie, so I oblige and feed her too. I have one who I know to be persnickity and who I have to make a special trip out to get live rats for, so if she is even starting to look like she is going to shed I don't bother.
As long as you don't leave the snake unattended with a live rodent, you can't her by feeding her while she is in shed. The worst that you can do is waste a prey item. Just go by how your snake acts.

Sorry I know it isn't the question you asked but you shouldn't refreeze meat. When you defrost the food the first time you introduce microorganisms to the meat which wouldn't be a problem if ate right away, or cooked because cooking kills the microorganisms. However since we don't actually cook the rat/mouse the microorganisms remain in the meat. Freezing doesn't kill the microorganisisms, in fact refreezing can create pockets in the meat the doesn't fully freeze allowing the microorganisisms to continue to grow causing the meat to go bad.
