Talking Super glad I switch from tanks to tubs

My little enchi shed out tonight in one complete piece just like he's supposed to!

Ever since I started keeping my BPs in a DYI rack instead of tanks I've only had one bad shed, it amazing how big of a difference it makes. I've had 6 perfect, 1 nearly perfect and 1 bad shed since I built my rack. It feels so good to unroll a shed searching for eye caps and finding them.

Re: Super glad I switch from tanks to tubs

I just recently put my male normal into a tub and I am soooooooooo glad I did! He went off feed for 43 days when I had him in a tank. Putting him into a tub did the trick and I will never ever keep another ball python in a tank!

Same here! Since I have my tubs my female eats like a monster (in stead of skipping a meal every now and then like before) and all the shed's are in one piece!!

It's just so much easier to keep humidity and temps up!!!
