So first off Hi everyone . Im new here out in california anyway . i do have a question. So Im a tattoo artist and I was wondering if the vibrations from the Tattoo machine will mess with the Snake at all ? I am new to being a snake owner I got her in trade for a tattoo I had done , but I am still learning and doing research if some one could answer my question , that would be awsome thank you

Welcome to BP.net! Congrats on the new addition

Snakes can feel vibrations through their bellies, but as long as the machine isn't on 24/7 and right next to her enclosure it shouldn't be a problem. I'm a bassist, and all three of my snakes have lived in my room, right next to my amp, and my playing bass and general music in the same room hasn't bothered any of them.

Re: New guy here with an important question

thanks for that . I had her in the front of the shop for a few days and my wife noticed she was acting a bit wierd so we moved her to the office in another room and over the last day she has been wondering around the cage curious as hell .

I did change the substrate and bought her a bigger hid . I have a 6 watt bulb in top of the tank not in it . and i keep the screen covered with a damp towel , she makes me real nervous when i hold her as i have never had a snake before. I dont want to scare her . but thanks I just dont want the machine to stress her out
