Need help picking out a UTH and thermostat

I'm using a 29 gallon glass tank (30x 12), and housing just 1 BP. Please recommend me a UTH/thermostat that can be ordered online as my local pet stores do not seem to carry them.

Also do my current temperatures look good? 58% humidity, 88-91 hot side, 82-85 cool.

I would recommend going with Flexwatt heat tape rather than one of the manufactured under tank heaters. You'll find it's a lot cheaper and works better. I just ordered some this morning from Rich @ Reptile Basics (www.reptilebasics.com) and I've already gotten my shipping confirmation. He's AWESOME to work with and will pre-wire it for you on request...

As for a thermostat, it depends on your budget. If you want top of the line and money is no object, go Helix or Herpstat. Lower end than those would be Johnson or Ranco. But I have also heard good things about the Hydrofarm digital thermostat that runs $30 on Amazon...
