I have always liked this song. Even when I was a kid and didn't know what it was about, it touched something inside. Nor am I alone in this being touched by this song and the music that goes with it.
This rendition however, this one with all the people and time and effort has created something that had me feeling things I don't normally feel. The cooperation, consideration, the amount of care that everyone involved had to have, simply amazed me. I'm not used to seeing that amount of goodness, goodwill, anyplace.
Makes me think that maybe there is some hope of good people making a difference.
This is a good thing. Even if it is in Michigan.
