    asking prices?

Would you change more for a cubed snake than you would a striped snake? Or do you ask for the same amount?

I'm asking because a local reptile store has cubed corn snakes and they are asking almost twice the price of the normal striped snake. both are the same morph.

It depends. I'm not that into cubed stripes, so for me personally I wouldn't pay more for one, I wouldn't pay anything for one. On the other hand, if its your cup of tea and its a stunning example, then only you can decide if its worth 2x's as much to you.

I think it's a matter of supply and demand: are cubes in high demand? Not that I know of. I don't see cubes as often as I see stripes, but I haven't heard of many people wanting or breeding for them. Honestly, I don't think the store is fair in charging twice for the cubed. Do you think the snake is worth the price? If so, then go for it. If not, someone else will, or maybe the store will see that no one is interested (for that price) and lower it.
