How often should i feed 926g femal BP?
Iv been feeding her every 8-10 days lately. Shes eating small rats but think she should be on med but now. What do u think?

8-10 days should be fine although I feed on a 7 day schedule...make sure you have appropriately sized prey...no larger than the thickest part of the snake...

7 day is an easier schedule! You just pick a day of the week and feed on that day every week! I move to a medium rat after 1000 grams!

5-6 day feeding schedules would only suffice for a "weight-gain program" or feeding significantly smaller prey than necessary. A 7 day schedule is the general consensus if the animal is at a proper weight or if you are not trying to pack on the weight quickly. As for larger rats stressing out the snake, that is unlikely as long as it is the proper size in relation to the Ball Python's girth at its widest point.
I'd switch to a seven day schedule, makes life easy. And I'm sure she'll be fine on medium until she gets much larger. Someone may correct me if I am wrong.

So 8 days was yesterday so I offered her food and she refused, left it in her tank overnight and it was still there this morning. This is the only reason I'm not buying anymore balls, waay to finicky and picky. Myboa and carpet eat every time and never waste food. Sux when u have to throw out a $3-$5 dollar rat. Boa just ate so I can't feed it to him and the carpet is too small. And it nothing to do with husbandry, temps are spot on, have been ever since my rack was set up, and I also clean each tank every week and make sure they all have fresh water. Anyway, I only have 2 BP's and it's gonna stay that way. Thought about letting the 2 breed but I don't think I want to anymore. I'd rather buy a female dumeril for my male and let them breed, I know I'd enjoy it more!

Once a week, you may want to up the rat to a medium, I have a 625 gram that's been doing small rats since being around 215 grams.

Tried again offering the BP's a rat and no go again. Left it in the tanks overnite and was still there when I got home today. Should I try a small LIVE rat? I know bps go on feeding strikes but mine never act like this. Humidity and temps are on. I'm 1 feeding away from getting rid of these picky things!!

Keep in mind that it is still breeding season, and some tend to go off feed for a bit. Don't sweat it.
On the next feeding day, offer her a small live rat, before feeding the other snakes, this way if she doesn't take it you can offer it to another snake or keep it til next feed day.
